The Republic of Slovenia presents within promotional events Slovenian Days the contemporary Slovenian design to the Italian public.
The Silent Revolutions exhibition will be displayed from 14 February to 1 April 2012 at La Triennale di Milano.
The presentation in Milano will be the third event in a series of international presentations of Slovenian design and companies.

On the occasion of 20th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Republic of Slovenia and Republic of Italy and within the presentation
of Slovenia in Milan His Excellency Iztok Mirošič, Ambassador of Slovenia in the Republic of Italy, and Arturo dell'Acqua Bellavitis,
the President of Triennale Design Museum, kindly invite you to the opening of an exhibition and on concert Sounds of Slovenia,
which will be followed by a reception at the Salon d'Onore, on Tuesday, 14 February 2012, at 20:00 at La Triennale di Milano.

The discussion Women in Design will open the issue of gender in design and focus on personal experiences, creative challenges and
methods of work of influential Italian and Slovenian artists in the world of contemporary design. Lara Bohinc, Carlotta de Bevilacqua,
Raffaella Mangiarotti, Rossana Orlandi and Nika Zupanc will participate in the conversation which will be moderated by
Silvana Annicchiarico, the director of Triennale Design Museum, and Maja Vardjan, curator of Silent Revolutions exhibition.
